| New Summer Photography Class Updates... - Thursday, June 25, 2009This summer, we offered our very first photography class "Introduction to Photography" for pre-teens ages 10-14. The concept was to get kids out of the "automatic" mode and into the "creative" modes. The class has been very interactive, includes "hands-ons" photography and incredibly fun. The kids have been so focused, creative, and asked great questions. They have really learned their camera's functionality in only 3 days. They have practiced taking outside portraits of each other, use their tri-pods (get them out of their closets) for sports/action and capture still shots. A special thank you to all the parents and to all the class participants and potential future photographers--Braedon, Olivia, Emily, Madelyn, Jonathon, Laurel, Addie, Teryn, Anna, Rebekah, Emma, Nicholas. :-) |
